I fail to understand why it is that White Centric people dont understand that Diversity, and Inclusivity make for wildly better and often times more engage communities and thought driven work and life, than just purely non diverse communities. These idiots attacking the DEI thing is just bullshit.
Dear Brie, I saw your note and have to make a comment. In my 1st 30 or so years in life I had a bit of an inferiority complex but as I got more experience with life I got the attitude that no one’s better than me. Yet I’m no better than anyone else. I’ve been more fortunate than many and less fortunate than others. I’ve interfaced with very wealthy individuals and homeless and never felt they were more/ less than me. Certainly we’ve met cretins , which seem to be more prevalent since the AH came down the escalator, but I’ve found most of us want the same things; food and shelter, enjoyment with friends and family. We are all interconnected and I have the hope we can get through these trying times.
PS I’m an old white haired male boomer but haven’t forgotten that we back our children.
