#DissolveDem: Now's The Perfect Time To Build A New Political Party
We The People need a new political party; more importantly, we need to dissolve the Democratic Party.
You might wonder who the hell I am to make a statement like that; Well, I've lived in America for 34 years, ever since I popped out of my Momma here in Phoenix back in '90. Bona Fide Nerd through and through; I'm lucky enough to have a job that lets me wear headphones, so I'm in the top 0.5% of news listeners worldwide on Spotify. I have spent HOURS UPON HOURS listening to the pundits and the politicians, the experts and the lawyers debate what on Earth the Democratic Party should do next, and I want to shake the whole party by the shoulders:
Dissolve.
I can imagine how a pundit would react to this: It's not that simple. That's not how it works. You don't understand... No. Y'ALL don't understand.
The thing is; Trump broke the Democrats too. Somewhere along the way, you convinced yourself that power was more important than principle; it was okay for you to be the bad guy, sometimes, if it meant Donald Trump wasn't back in office. Somewhere along the way, your mission became power... Which makes you no more useful to We The People than Trump is.
Biden lied to our faces about being a one-term President. Democratic insiders lied to our faces about Biden's health. You wouldn't ask RBG to leave. You let Feinstein die in office despite her very clear incapacitation. Y'all are out here trading stocks and getting rich too. You take donor dollars from billionaires too. Democratic legislators, pundits and media were right there along with Republicans chastising the working class for defending Luigi... But worst of all, worse than ALL of that combined, is how you're acting right now. After years of fear-mongering about the threat Donald Trump posed to Democracy, Americans are finding that Democrats never actually thought about what to do if it happened.
The Democratic Party's mission is power, and its value to US peasants is Not Being Donald Trump. That's all you have left, and We The People deserve better.

Now that we've established all of the above, it is long past time to build a party that actually represents the vast majority of Americans. The platform would be simple:
1) We believe all people are equal.
2) We believe in facts.
3) If a person has more money than a state produces in a year (lowest is $45 billion), their tax rate should be 99%.
4) If a company makes more than $1 billion net profit in a year, the rest of the profit should be split with shareholders AND employees.
5) Ban stock trades in Congress.
6) Term Limits for Every Elected Official & The Supreme Court.
7) We believe in democracy.
8) We believe in freedom.
BUT WHAT ABOUT _________________?

The only fight left in America is the Uber-wealthy vs US. One need only zoom out further to see this conversation is worldwide... but that's for another day. We have lost the ability to make progress on anything, because we have not addressed THIS. It's why we still work five days a week, after 90 years of incredible progress. It's why we're the last country in the developed world without public healthcare, affordable higher education, maternity leave... It's why we're still letting EMPLOYERS choose how much paid time off workers get.
Here's a fun fact: Meta's biggest year ever was 2024, both in revenue and net profit... so they started 2025 by laying off 4,000 employees and increasing executive bonus caps from 75% to 200%.
How many Democrats have taken campaign dollars from Meta? How many of you are invested in Meta? I'm looking at you, Ro... You too, Nancy! So, due respect, it's a bit silly to wonder why it's hard to see y'all as the voice of the workers.
Doesn't really matter what we name the next party... We the Workers, US Peasants, the Purple Majority... Name it Antifa. Hell, name it MAFIA... Make America Free In Actuality!

I think we should have a Justice Democrats Party since they are already an established caucus w/I the Dem Party. However they are deeply disrespected. Remember what they did to Cori Bush and Jamal Bowman and tried to do to Ilhan Omar Rashida Tlaib, AOC, Summer Lee, Ayanna Presley. Maxwell Frost and Jasmine Crocker are proving to be quite talented. They are the ones fighting loudly. I think any Democrat that voted for anything Trump or Republicans did should be Primary-ed .
