New President Monday... Let's Check The U.S. Global Rankings As Power Changes Hands (PHOTOS)

The USA is a third-world country with a Gucci belt. I got a lot of heat the first time I said that in March 2023, but it rings more true for me today than ever before.
Rather chilling, if you ask me, that this is where we ranked before pollsters got sued for putting out polls.
As you can see, even by a rather conservative estimate, our government does not lead the field in integrity.
There’s the social contract breaking down before our eyes… no wonder the U.S. Surgeon General declared that parents were stressed at epidemic levels.
I was surprised by this ranking, but I suppose some citizens were incredibly prosperous…
I posted this in my first viral video on TikTok and the ranking hasn’t changed. Of course, they didn’t put out a 2024 version of the Index of Economic Freedom to the best of my knowledge… they were rather busy with a different project.

Of course we still lead the world in a range of metrics, such as the prison population! A fun fact I learned while gathering this information: China has 4x the amount of people but the USA still has more prisoners. Freedumb and Lieberty!
We also still lead the world in drug overdoses. Capitalism capitalized so hard, it started a whole epidemic, and one of the families responsible is still rich and free.
Here’s why we are not actually a third world country, though I enjoy saying we’re a third world country with a Gucci belt… we lead the world in the number of dwellings with plumbing, and that’s not nothing.
Neither is electricity. Nobody can deny the increase these amenities brought to the standard of living in America, but they were last century’s investment in society.
As it stands now, the richest 3,300 Americans in this country own more wealth than the bottom 165,000,000 Americans.
TikTok was banned before school shootings. An uncomfortable amount of Congress members from both sides have invested in competitor, Meta. The owner of said company is one of the three richest men in the world, all of whom will be at Monday’s Inauguration. In the last 5 years, those three richest men made a collective $290 billion.
For reference, it would cost $19 billion to pay a year’s rent for every unhoused person in America (and that’s a highball-ass number because I just multiplied 770,000 homeless people by $2,000/month, and I’m sure some landlord out there would take a bulk discount).
And all of this is true before Trump takes office. All of this was happening, and did happen, before/during/after Joseph Robinette Biden.
As long as you have a voice and the right to do so, tell the world what you see with your own two eyes, and what you think about it. Anne Frank did not know her words would live forever. She did not stop to consider whether her little diary would have an impact on what came after. The power of her writing was in the raw processing of the moment she was living through.
May we all have strength to do the same.
